Along with the horses in the parking lot, I saw kids walking to school in all sorts of cowboy getup. I also suppose that they must have a bunch of cars laying around that they're not using because they're putting empty cop cars in the median to slow people down. As I get closer, I can see that it's not a boat, but a helicopter!  It obviously doesn't have it's rotors attached (can you imagine the traffic mess it would have caused), and I'm sure it was heading either to Camp Bullis or one of the Air Force Bases in town.
